After one year abroad it´s a privilige to return to my homecountry after it has been ranked the best country in the world !
We are thankful to our president, our government and all our country fellows ! Most of all we thank our Living God who has been our strength through the years and helped our small nation through wars and difficult periods. Everything is the grace of our Living God and His Blessing in Jesus Christ ! We give Him te Glory today !
Many hundred years we have been singing in our homes and churches the song of Martin Luther : ” A Mighty Fortess is our God – Jumala ompi Linnamme. ”
But the singing alone doesn´t help . We have also been seeking the Lord in prayers, sometimes on our knees, for help and to get rid of sin and things that destroy a healthy society ! God has really helped us ! Glory to the Highest !
So dear country fellows! Let´s go on fighting against evil forces and things that are against the word of God ! But let us do it through the love of Jesus Christ !
Wiiliam Booth ( 1829 – 1912 ) the founder of The Salvation Army has said :
” The greatness of man´s power is in the measure of his surrender ! ”
It´s so true ! When we seek God and His Kingdom first – then all other needy things will be given to us and our society !
